Lap Battle Open Track Day overview:
Driving at speed, even in a safe and controlled environment, is an inherently dangerous. Each driver assumes that risk when he or she participates in an Event. The risk of serious injury of death cannot be eliminated and, in fact, will always be present. Entrants are required to advise their spouses and next of kin, if any, of this fact. Although safety generally is everyone’s concern, Miller Motorsports Park & Lap Battle cannot be and is not responsible for all or even most aspects of the safety effort. That responsibility instead rests with the various participants, no passengers of any kind will be allowed. Also, we highly suggest you carefully read through your auto insurance policy to verify event coverage. Lap Battle accepts no responsibility for any injury/death or damaged/lost/stolen property. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. If a driver is under 18, a parent must sign a minor’s waiver and be present at the event.
Vehicles should inspected by a qualified mechanic's shop prior to the event and be appropriate for high speed road course driving. Most modern automobiles qualify. Some high-performance SUVs and Crossovers also qualify, but light trucks and vans do not. If in doubt, you may request clarification by emailing Biggie@LapBattle.com.
All convertibles must have a roll bar, or integrated Roll-Over Protection System (ROPS).
Weather and Adverse Conditions:
Lap Battle events go on rain or shine, in just about any weather condition that doesn't pose a significant hazard. Surface conditions that completely impair traction such as ice and snow, dense fog or anything similar that may impair visibility or lightning that puts course workers and competitors in danger are the only conditions that will cause a Lap Battle event to be postponed. Pretty much anything else is seen as just another test of driver skill and a welcomed challenge.

• Any tools, fluids, or tires that may be needed.
